What is the Altiplano Developer Portal?

The Altiplano Developer Portal provides an environment where third-party developers can experiment with Altiplano. The Code Repository allows to explore and modify the Altiplano extensions source code. The Virtual Lab allows to run Altiplano in a sandbox.

Virtual Lab

Who can use the Altiplano Virtual Labs?

Any registered user with a Nokia support portal account who received a valid voucher id for an Altiplano Virtual Lab from Nokia Product Management.

What type of Virtual Labs are offered?

A virtual private lab is offered. It is activated by means of a Voucher.

Where are the labs hosted?

All Virtual Labs are deployed on virtual machines in public clouds.

How is the data handled?

The user is responsible for the data stored in the Virtual Labs. For example, end-user data or commercial sensitive data should not be stored in the Virtual Labs.

What is the cost?

Reach out to your Nokia Sales representative.

After redeeming a voucher, how long will it take for me to be able to access my virtual lab?

Your virtual lab will be created at 00:00 UTC on the day following the day the voucher is redeemed.

What happens on the lab teardown date?

Your lab is available until 23:30 UTC on the teardown date. After that it is automatically torn down and all data erased.

Can I change the teardown date of my deployed lab?

No, this is currently not supported.

Can I delete my lab prior to the teardown date?

Yes, simply select the Delete icon delete icon for your lab from My Labs.

Do you provide support for my labs?

There is no SLA for the Virtual Lab. Please contact us with your questions. We will make our best effort to get back to you.
